These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the services provided by Amzn Prime Publishers (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to authors and clients seeking self-publishing services, including but not limited to editing, book formatting, cover design, publishing assistance, and printing orders. By engaging our services, you (“the Client”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
Scope of Services
We provide comprehensive support for self-publishing authors. Services may include: editorial services (proofreading, copyediting, line editing, developmental editing), interior layout and formatting, custom cover design, ISBN and barcode support, publishing assistance, printing and production services, and marketing material design (if applicable). All services requested will be documented in a service agreement or order confirmation before work begins.
Client Responsibilities
- The Client must provide accurate project details, manuscripts, images, and any required materials.
- The Client is responsible for reviewing and approving drafts, proofs, and final files.
- Timely communication is required to avoid delays in production timelines.
- The Client confirms that all submitted content is their original work or that they have obtained the proper rights.
Intellectual Property
- The Client retains full ownership of their manuscript and final content.
- The Company retains ownership of draft materials, design samples, and unused concepts.
- Final deliverables created specifically for the Client become the Client’s property once the project is paid in full.
Editing and Design Services
- Editorial accuracy is based on industry best practices; however, error-free manuscripts are not guaranteed after editing.
- Design services are completed according to Client specifications. Final approval indicates acceptance of the design as delivered.
Proofs and Approvals
- Proofs (digital or physical) are provided for Client review.
- The Client must approve all proofs before production.
- Errors found after approval remain the responsibility of the Client.
Publishing Assistance
- We assist Clients in preparing and submitting files for publishing platforms as agreed.
- The Client maintains responsibility for their publishing accounts, royalties, and tax details.
- No guarantees are made regarding sales, rankings, or distribution outcomes.
Printing Orders
- All printing quantities, materials, and specifications must be approved by the Client before production.
- Color, texture, or trim variations may occur within industry-standard tolerances.
- Once printed, orders cannot be altered.
Shipping & Logistics
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier conditions.
- Risk of damage transfers to the carrier at dispatch; however, we will assist with claims where applicable.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Services already rendered (editing, design, formatting, publishing support) are non-refundable.
- Printing refunds may be granted only upon review and approval by the Company.
- Shipping and logistics charges are non-refundable.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing; completed work will be billed accordingly.

Turnaround Times
- Timelines are estimated based on project scope.
- Client delays (late approvals, missing files) may impact delivery schedules.
Limitation of Liability
- The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from service use.
- Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service.
Confidentiality
- All manuscripts and materials shared with us remain confidential.
- We will not disclose or distribute Client content without written permission.
Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
