By purchasing any service or placing a printing order, the Client agrees to the terms of this Refund Policy.

General Refund Guidelines

  • Refunds are assessed based on the type of service rendered and the stage of project completion.
  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support or billing department.
  • Refunds, once approved, will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Refund processing may take 15–20 business days unless otherwise stated.

Non-Refundable Services

The following service categories are strictly non-refundable once work has begun:

  • Editorial services (proofreading, copyediting, line editing, developmental editing)
  • Interior layout and formatting
  • Cover design and graphic design services
  • Publishing assistance (platform setup, metadata, file submission)
  • Marketing materials creation or strategy planning
  • ISBN and barcode services

These services involve labor, creative work, or third-party fees that cannot be reversed or reclaimed once initiated.

Printing Orders

Refund Eligibility

Refunds for printing orders may be granted only under the following condition:

  • Service Dissatisfaction Review: If the Client receives printed books that are materially inconsistent with the approved proofs or exhibit production issues beyond normal industry tolerances.

Non-Refundable Components

  • Shipping, handling, and logistics charges
  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  • Upgrades or special materials that were approved before production

Proof Approval Responsibility

  • Digital or physical proofs are provided prior to printing.
  • Approval of proofs indicates the Client’s acceptance of layout, design, and specifications.
  • Errors discovered after approval are not eligible for refund.

Cancellations

Service Cancellations

  • Requests must be submitted before the project work has begun.
  • If work has already started, a partial refund may be considered based on the portion of work completed.

Printing Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
  • If cancellation is requested after printing has started, no refunds will be issued.

Quality Assurance Review

If a refund request is submitted due to dissatisfaction or product quality concerns, the following may be required:

  • Photographs or videos of the product in question
  • Return of printed copies (if applicable)
  • Explanation of discrepancies compared to approved proofs

Refund approval is at the Company’s discretion after a full review.

Turnaround Time & Delays

  • Turnaround estimates are provided based on typical project timelines.
  • Delays caused by the Client (late files, lack of response, proofing delays) do not qualify for refunds.
  • External delays due to third-party carriers, customs, or logistics partners are not refundable.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted when:

  • A portion of services has been completed
  • Only part of a bundle or package is canceled
  • A printing order qualifies for a partial refund under service dissatisfaction

Any partial refund amount will be calculated based on completed labor, production stages, and non-recoverable costs.

Limitations of Liability

Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or printed products.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the updated policy.
